Every great restaurant begins with a passionate chef.
Our chef opened his first restaurant in New York City in 2013, at 917 Columbus Ave.
His love for cooking started much earlier. At just six years old, he learned to cook alongside his mother while his parents worked extra jobs to support their family of four children. From them, he learned that great food is more than recipes—it is about passion, love, and caring for every guest.
That philosophy has never changed.
Through years of dedication, including one of the toughest periods the restaurant industry has ever faced during the pandemic, he never gave up. Instead, he kept doing what he loves most: serving food made with heart.
Today, we are incredibly excited to announce the next chapter.
This August, Koo Thai Midtown—our third restaurant—will open its doors.
