We’ve been waiting a long time to show you this. Today we’re officially launching the next chapter of Mimi Cheng’s. A fresh new look inspired by our mom Mimi’s family recipes, our NYC restaurant and the two sisters who wanted to share the recipes and standards that Mimi taught them.
