We are so excited and we just can’t hide it…next week is ONE YEAR of us being open in the Newark Arcade and we can’t feel more blessed to be here, serving all of you!

📢 Important Update for Our Vintage Grind Customers 📢

We want to be transparent with you regarding a recent issue affecting our digital ordering and wallet system.
We have discovered that a significant portion of customer data, including digital wallet balances and transaction history, has been lost due to a data failure with our third-party platform provider. This has created challenges in accurately determining current wallet balances for many of our customers.
We understand how frustrating and concerning this is, especially for those who had funds stored in their digital wallets. Please know that protecting our customers is our top priority.
We have already secured a replacement system and are actively working on a transition plan. However, we are currently unable to launch the new system until we obtain a copy of the remaining data from our current provider.
We are pursuing all available legal avenues to ensure our customers are made whole and to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. We are committed to finding a fair and responsible solution for everyone affected.
In the meantime, we ask for your patience as we work through this. If you have questions or concerns about your digital wallet balance or recent transactions, please send us a direct message or speak with a team member at either location. We will do our best to assist you with the information we have available.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your continued support and understanding as we work diligently to correct this situation.
