Where I grew up, food was never just about sustenance—it was about bringing people together. Every meal was a chance to connect, to welcome others, and to share something meaningful. It didn’t matter if the table was small or the ingredients were humble; what mattered was the care and intention behind every bite. That’s what hospitality has always meant to me—creating a space where food becomes an experience and everyone feels seen and at home.

That way of life was shaped by a deep connection to the land and the people who cared for it. The ingredients on our plates were more than just food—they were the result of hard work, dedication, and a respect for nature’s rhythms. Those values stayed with me and have become the foundation of everything I do.

As we prepare for what’s next, I find myself thinking about those roots: the farmers who grow with care, the vibrant ingredients that tell the story of a place, and the joy of creating meals that honor both. This new chapter is a celebration of those connections—to the land, to the seasons, and to the people who make it all possible.

What’s coming is more than just a continuation—it’s an evolution. It’s a chance to go deeper, to tell new stories, and to create moments where bold flavors, genuine hospitality, and the hard work of local farmers all come together in harmony.

The name may change 😳😉but the heart of what we do will always stay the same. I can’t wait to share this with you and for us to write this next chapter together.

We’re inching closer to unveiling our newest project—an experience we believe will truly capture the essence of what makes this region so special. Although we can’t reveal much just yet, we can share why we chose the Willamette Valle as our home base.

It’s more than just the breathtaking scenery: rolling hillsides draped in vineyards, charming countryside roads, and a climate that nurtures the perfect ingredients for our vision. The Willamette Valley is a vibrant, community where passionate growers, farmers, and makers have come together for generations to cultivate some of the finest produce and artisanal goods around. It’s here, among these dedicated individuals, that we discovered a welcoming spirit and a shared commitment to quality—both of which inspire our menu and our mission.

From conversations with local winemakers and farmers to foraging for seasonal ingredients, every step of our process has been guided by the Valley’s extraordinary bounty. We’re weaving these elements into an immersive experience—one that celebrates sustainability, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for the land.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays to everyone!
Thank you for another year full of experiences, both old and new. To say 2024 was an interesting year would be an understatement, but we are grateful for all the challenges, as they open the doors to new and interesting opportunities.

We’re taking our winter break. We will be closed this week and will spend the first couple of weeks in January regrouping and working on some exciting projects for 2025.

We’re also taking time to slow down and enjoy our backyard. If you haven’t experienced improved tasting room yet, you should. The wood-fired fireplace makes it even cozier!
