So what is the #1 reason/why you should drink coffee everyday?

Coffee can be pretty amazing for your brain, your skin and your body. There is ONE reason above all others why I believe YOU should drink coffee every day.

Americans get more antioxidants from coffee than anything else. Antioxidants are disease fighting molecules that keep you healthy.
