All this rain has a little stir crazy . . . so we stirred up some new salads. Mediterranean Dill, Vegan Tuscan Pasta ( yes with Vegan shredded mozzarella), and Tuna Primavera Pasta Salad. Pair that with our Loaded Baked Potato Soup and Manhattan Clam Chowder and you have all the makings of an amazing lunch 😋
