Our Blue Cookie Monster ice cream gets its beautiful blue color from blue spirulina a color inspired by Mother Nature.

One of my personal favorites is our Strawberry Beet Sorbet. Its vibrant color comes naturally from strawberries and beets no artificial colors, just simple ingredients and delicious flavor.

We’re excited to begin, with baby steps, the launch of a new line that is very close to my heart.
As a chef, I’ve been inspired by the flavors I’ve discovered through my travels, the traditions and recipes shared by my family, and the ingredients I grew up with. This collection celebrates real ingredients and the memories they carry.
Our first two Hidden Harvest™ Sorbetto flavors are:

Strawberry, Beets ( just like my mom made for me )
A bright and refreshing strawberry sorbetto with natural ruby color and a hint of roasted beet for depth and sweetness.

Peach, Carrot & Ginger
A southern-inspired peach sorbetto with naturally sweet carrots and a gentle touch of fresh ginger.
These flavors are made with real fruits, vegetables, and simple ingredients, letting nature provide the color and flavor.
