This weekend is the Delta Arts Festival so our food options are a little different for Friday and Saturday. We'll be short handed this busy weekend and to ensure we provide the best service possible to our customers we will be offering a lunch and dinner buffet. The menu for June 3rd through June 6th:

Wednesday - Mum's chicken over jasmine rice, salad, bread

Thursday - (Add) Shrimp and crawfish etouffee over jasmine rice, bread

** Friday/Saturday - Lunch Buffet (Available from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.) - Chicken salad croissant, cheeseburger sliders, turkey and Swiss cheese on Hawaiian rolls, potato chips, pasta salad, nacho bar (seasoned ground beef, tortilla chips, melted and shredded cheese, red onions, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream and jalapenos), lemon bars and triple chocolate brownies

Dinner Buffet (Available from 4 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.) - Salad bar (mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded cheese, diced hard boiled eggs, bacon bits, blue cheese crumbles, grated carrots, croutons and several dressing choices), lasagna, poppy seed chicken, ginger soy salmon, egg rolls, asparagus, broccoli and carrot stir fry, steamed rice, Mandarin orange cake, apple crisp cobbler and bread pudding

Do you like cream puffs? Well, this is a giant cream puff cake! Actually, it’s a Polish dessert called Karpatka. It has two layers of choux pastry sandwiched with a vanilla cream filling. Powdered sugar is dusted on top the pâte à choux to resemble the snow-capped Carpathian Mountains in Poland. Only at Postmaster Spirits this week.

Can you believe this is the last week of May? Next weekend is the Delta Arts Festival and we have several new ideas for our menu. So stay tune. But for this week here's our dinner menu for May 27th through May 30th:

Wednesday - Italian and smoked sausage ravioli, salad, bread

Thursday - (Add) Chicken Francese (lightly battered pan fried chicken breast finished with a lemon butter and white wine sauce) served over steamed rice and honey glazed carrots, salad, bread

Friday/Saturday - (Add) Crab bisque with grilled Smoked Gouda cheese and bacon sandwich
