If you think Fried Eggplant & homemade Marinara can't change the world...you've obviously never witnessed a patron taking their first bite!

We put a lot of love into this time treasured appetizer! Fresh eggplant that we batter by hand gets fried until it's golden brown, dusted with parmesan cheese and served with a cup of piping hot marinara sauce. Start your meal off with this can't miss dish!

We reside at the intersection of tradition & history!

Over the past 93 years, we've practically seen it all. Events that have changed the local community. Advances that have bettered the world. Things that have completely changed how we all live. Yet, through all that, our marinara sauce has stayed exactly the same. Our ravioli is still made by hand. You'll see and taste the same spices in our Italian sausage. So, we suppose we all can be the same...yet different at the same time!
