Our international fusion cuisine is born from the inspiration of founders Jana & Jonny. Originally from the rich cultural country of Ecuador, our founders have always dreamt to bring the taste from their origins to their adopted hometown of East Lyme, a village that welcomed them with open hearts, and allowed for their children to be raised in this wonderful community full of love, hope, and inspiration. Jana & Jonny are very passionate about fine cuisine, and as such Rossa Negra aims to become a place that you will love; a gathering spot for family and friends, and a celebration location for all your special occasions and life events.
