Compressed Watermelon Salad – $18

Features compressed watermelon, cubes of feta, cucumber, watermelon radish, pea tendrils, and toasted sesame seeds.

It’s light, refreshing, and perfect for the season.

Halloumi Ravioli – $25

Made daily in-house. Each ravioli is filled with Halloumi from Cyprus, tossed in our classic butter sauce, and finished with a Greek black truffle sauce.

We recently brought in black truffles from Greece — 🇬🇷

Colorado Leg of Lamb Souvlaki – $34

We’ve also added a Colorado leg of lamb souvlaki. It comes with our fried smashed potatoes and housemade tzatziki.
