Final event of the semester feeding the Greenwood School District 50 board and cabinet and it went beautifully. Students have learned so much on the trailer this year and it was so cool to see them working together and without my constant instruction! This is the goal! As we wrap up our 2026 RTC Lunchbox Charity Dinner Series this year, I want to say a special thank you to our restaurant partners and donors as we raised almost $3200 this year for 3 local charities and RTC Culinary Arts! Looking forward to next year on the Lunchbox.
