TOMORROW IS THE DAY!
First weekend of the Niskayuna Farmers Market

I have been baking up a storm getting ready for all my customers.

This week’s menu:
🥐Original Artisan Bread
🥐50% Whole Wheat Artisan Bread
🥐Baguette
🥐Focaccia
🥐English Muffin
🥐Bagels
🥐Japanese Milk Bread (soft thin crust, soft stringy fluffy crumb, everyday plain white sandwich bread, great for grilled cheese, french toast, egg salad sandwich)
🥐Japanese Salt Bread (butter on the inside melted and crisp up the bottom, top with sea salt)
🥐Bolo bun (Asian inspired bread, sweet flakey crust on the top, sweet bread in the middle, with vanilla bean milk paste filling)
🥐Challah
🥐Scones
🥐Brownies
🥐Cinnamon Rolls

We will also be giving away FREE balloons! First come first serve, no purchase necessary and this Saturday only!

See everyone bright and early tomorrow from 830am to 1230pm at Niskayuna High School parking lot. If you have placed a pre-order for this week, dont forget to pick it up!

Niskayuna Farmers Market is coming starting 7/11!!!!!
Every Saturday from 830am to 1230pm
Niskayuna High School parking lot

I will be bringing my classic baked goods along with a few new ones! Artisan bread, baguette, focaccia, cinnamon rolls, English muffin, various bagel flavours, Japanese milk bread, Japanese salt bread, brownie, bolo bun, scones and challah!! All items are NYS approved with ingredient and allergy labels.

I cant wait to see my regulars there and meet new ones! Pre-order is available now for pick up at the market!

I am one of the proud sponsors for 2026 Bethlehem Pride event! I was a vendor last year and I love the energy, the crowd, the atmosphere. Everyone was having a great time from all ages. I am happy to be back again this year and will also bring everyone’s favourite baked goods, from savory to sweets. There will also be kids zones, food trucks and live entertainment and stage performances. Come out and say hi!

Introducing our newest item: Classic Homemade Brownie!!! Im not usually a sweet snack person but this no-nut brownie absolutely makes me go nuts about it. I can’t stop eating it.
