Good morning and happy Thursday! I have a little pep in my step as I was able to take yesterday off to enjoy some family time and get some home stuff done. An extra hour of sleep, plenty of grandson time and just kicking back has done my soul some good. Now I have to do the adulting thing and get cracking.
For today we will be featuring our Tenderloin Skillet, hamburgers and pulled pork and the ever popular Cheeseburger Pickle Soup.

I can’t believe we are coming up on Father’s Day already. Time just flys by so fast these days. Is it because I’m getting older and slower or is it that I’m just so darn busy. I’m going with it’s a little of both and that’s ok.

Thank you for your continued support of this Mom and Pop shop. Without you, we wouldn’t be here still churning out yummy food.

I have Pulled Pork and Mac and Cheese, Breaded or Grilled Tenderloins, Potato Salad and Biscuits and Apple Butter to name a few delicious options.

Happy Saturday to one and all. What beautiful weather we have been having and all things summer.
Sorry I haven’t been able to post this week, been keeping some irregular hours. We are back on track and bringing on the good grub.
If you haven’t tried the Tenderloin Skillet, you should. A bed of hashbrowns topped with breaded tenderloin strips, sausage gravy and your choice of eggs. Not the healthiest, but it’s darn tasty.

For all you Beef and Noodle and Beef Manhattan lovers, today is your day. Twenty pounds of beef roast has cooked all night (smells delicious by the way) and is ready to start the second part of the process. Lunch begins at 11:00 sharp. Homemade potatoes with with yummy gravy and soft bread to finish it off.

Ginger's Cafe is open today, ready to fill your belly with great food and drink. You can also take dinner home with you so you can enjoy the rest of your day. I just pulled four pork butts out of the oven, getting ready to pull and make sauce. Baked beans are also at the ready.

Here’s to a great Holiday weekend, of which I’m hoping you will be stopping by Ginger's Cafe to enjoy some great food and company. Bring your friends and enjoy!

Breaded or grilled tenderloins are back and pies sure to please. I will be putting a large batch of pork butts in the oven for pulled pork if you want to place a pre order for carry out, let me know. I will also be making a batch of baked beans. Both would be great to have on hand for quick and easy meals. These will be ready Saturday morning.

No picture, but we will be featuring cinnamon rolls, three or six packs, great for sharing.

Just a heads up, Ginger's Cafe will be opening at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow (Wednesday). All hands in deck for a large early morning catering.

Whew, Ginger's Cafe was a happening spot today. We love seeing your smiling faces and filling up your tummies with yummy food.

I’m curious what your favorite item is that we offer and what is something you would like to see in the future?

I added Lasagna and Chicken and Noodles to the freezer meal selection this week, so dinner is made easier for you.

Busy bees around here, all in a good way.

Sorry no Chicken Livers for awhile but today we will be offering Chicken and Noodles and Meatloaf, both with mashed potatoes, green beans and a roll starting at 11:00.

Carry out is always available and don’t forget the freezer meals.

Lastly, I am taking orders for Lasagna. Small feeds 4+ and the large is closer to 8+ servings. They will be fresh, so eat what you want and freeze the rest for later.
