Our wood-fired sirloin is served sizzling on a cutting board with roasted potatoes and fresh vegetables, bringing simple ingredients and bold flavors together the way they should be.

A special shoutout to 1839 Meat Co.⁠ for providing the quality beef that helps make this dish a customer favorite.

Pair it with a cold craft beer and stick around for live music tonight from 7–9 PM featuring Cason Storey and Jalonnie Johnson. With Cason on guitar and Jalonnie on cajón, it’s the perfect soundtrack for a summer evening at the brewery. 🎶🍻
