We hope you all had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Remembering all the thousands and thousands who have given their lives for our freedom is so important!!!
We were able to enjoy our day with family and friends but wow what a busy few days before.
We had the great opportunity to provide food for two open houses and 1 wedding rehearsal.
We want to send a huge thank you to a few people right now.
To Andrea Herendeen for asking us to supply food for their sons open house!!!!
To Jason and Jennifer Blonde for asking us to set up at your home and provide food for all your friends and family for your daughters open house!!
To Emma Grill and their entire family for allowing us to provide food for your beautiful dress rehearsal at the beautiful White Birch Wedding Barn.
Thank you to all for trusting us and asking us! We feel so privileged to be part of each and every one of your events.

It begins here!!! The Smoke is rolling here at our home. The consistency of simple long smoke bbq is what sets us apart from so many!! Looooong nights and looooong days are what it is all about!!!
McAuliffes Meats is our "go to" for our meats!!! Oh, and don't forget to grab your self some of our homemade sweet and tangy BBQ sauce while you are shopping at McAuliffes!!!

We just nicely arrived home from another wedding at the beautiful White Birch Wedding Barn. Yes, that is two this weekend.
This wedding was so sweet and lovely! We didn't have appetizers, so it was very easy and quick for us.
A huge shout out of thanks to the now Mr. Parker & Mrs. Meredith Hadden.
