We heard that Las Cruces is lacking banh mi options so we’re doing what we can this week and bringing you a tofu banh mi taco! It is fresh and delicious! We’ve also got jerk soy curls with peach-habanero salsa and carne asada friesssssssssss! Come see us Sat at the farmers market and Sun at Día De Los Mu***os!

Hi friends! We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be at Día De Los Mu***os on Sunday! Of course we’ll have all your favorite vegan tacos and a special surprise that some of y’all have been asking for that involves carne asada fries. 🍟

Hi! Have you voted? If not you can vote early or drop off your absentee ballot at the Doña Ana County Government Center, ideally tomorrow, when we will be there so you can reward yourself for a job well done and a vote well voted by getting some tacos. We'll also be at the Farmers & Crafts Market of Las Cruces on Saturday. This week we have samosa tacos and our world-famous barbecue party tacos. If you've never had mac & cheese on a taco now is your chance! And of course it's all vegan!

Hi friends! We will be open for lunch tomorrow and Friday and for breakfast and lunch on Saturday! We’ve got pho banh mi and buffalo tacos this week and we’ll be slinging breakfast burritos on Saturday!

Hi!!! It's been a while but we are back in business! Come see us at Pride on the Plaza in Las Cruces, Saturday 5 – 10 pm! We'll have our world-famous nachos and as always we are all vegan all the time. 💚

There are only two more markets left this season!! Come see us tomorrow for breakfast tacos and all your favorites! Also!! We’re taking over on Halloween! We’ll be serving tacos, nachos, mac & cheese, and some classics from back in the day—including the world-famous (lol) barbecue party taco.
