Growing up, my best friend’s mom had a magic touch for after-school snacks—and nothing beat her warm cookie bites fresh from the oven. Just two ingredients, gooey chocolate, and a peanut butter surprise inside. We’d race bikes home just to grab one before dinner.

Reese’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites

Ingredients:

12 refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough balls (about 1–2 tbsp each)

12 bite-sized Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions:

Preheat oven according to your cookie dough package directions (typically 350°F).

Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.

Press one cookie dough ball into each muffin cup, flattening slightly to form a base.

Bake for 10–12 minutes (or per package instructions) until golden and puffy.

Immediately after baking, press one Reese’s peanut butter cup into the center of each warm cookie.

Let cool for a few minutes in the pan before removing (or enjoy warm if you can’t wait!).

Tips:

Use silicone mini muffin pans for easy release.

These freeze well—just let them cool completely first.

Try different flavored cookie dough or candy centers for fun variations.
