Time to give it a try! Baking that is. I’ve enrolled some help to be able to open the little blue stand this Thursday, 6/25, at 7am. Stay tuned for the list to be posted Wednesday evening. I wasn’t able to renovate inside like had wanted to do earlier this year. My back injury has definitely put a kink in life. But you’ll find the familiar shelves full of treats!! See you Thursday

It’s time!!! I need to try and bake all day. So next week on Thursday 6/25, the Dirt Road Kitchen stand will be open!! I wasn’t able to renovate like I had planned and I think I’ll need to clean up the little stand before next week as it’s been quiet since winter. I even had a bird build her nest on the door wreath!! The babies have flown the coop so I can open the door, clean it up and load it with goodies next week!

This is my current view from a chair on the porch. Not sure how long I can sit here, but I’ll take what I can get. I’m glad I’m finally home. Still using a walker and still laying on ice most of the day. And I’m still in considerable pain. But I’m home. Baking is still a pretty far off goal at this point. Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful day and I hope you’re all well!! 🌷🙂

Ok all my Dirt Road Kitchen carrot cake lovers, I’m at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and carrot cake is tonight’s dessert. I have to do it! Lol. I’m working hard to get back to being a fully functioning adult. Or at least functional enough to make carrot cake. Miss you all! 🥹

Missing kitty! Missing from 629 Paran Road. Very friendly. She’s a small cat. Her name is Mitzi. She could have snuck in a garage or a shed while everyone worked outside on Sunday. I’m thinking Paran Acres would be her stomping grounds but McCarthy Road is a possibility too. If you see her or have maybe taken her in thinking she’s a stray, please call 8455221644 or 8024472447. She’s my mother’s best little friend and she’s missed terribly.
