To provide our guests with warm hospitality, friendly customer service to ensure they have a great experience while dining at Crab Tales.

Your Responsibilities:

- Memorize every detail of Crab Tales menu
- Maintain a proper dining experience.
- Take orders, deliver food/drink, and fulfilling customer needs
- Prepare bills, present check to guests, accept payments
- Bus/clean table immediately after guests leave
- Perform cleaning tasks as need, keep restrooms clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Removing dishes, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses

Kitchen Team Crew Member Description: To provide our guests with superior food to ensure they have a great experience while dining at Crab Tales. We are looking for both part-time and full time and will provide training.

Your Responsibilities:

- Preparing a meal for Crab Tales guests, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.
- Unload food supplies from delivery trucks.
- Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards
- Packing take-out orders as needed
- Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans
- Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required
- Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
