Family, today marks the final day SAP’s Creole Cuisine will be open. After nearly 20 years in Arkansas since Hurricane Katrina, Sylvia has poured her heart, soul, and resilience into building this restaurant into more than just a place to eat—it became a community, a family, and a safe space filled with love, culture, and Creole flavor.

We invite you to stop by one last time today to enjoy your favorite dish, share your love, and leave a memory. On the front table, you’ll find special memorial plates where you can write a message of thanks, encouragement, or a memory for Sylvia to carry with her into this next chapter. You may also leave a gift.

This isn’t just goodbye to a restaurant—it’s a celebration of Sylvia’s journey, her perseverance, and the many lives touched along the way. 💐

✨ A Message from Chef & Owner, Sylvia Plummer ✨

Family, this is one of the hardest posts I’ve ever had to write. After so many memories, meals, laughter, and love shared within these walls, this Thursday and Friday will be the last two days our restaurant will be open. 💔

We are only opening these two days this week so that we can share this final chapter with you face-to-face.

This isn’t goodbye—it’s the closing of one chapter and the beautiful beginning of another. We are stepping into a new journey, one that I can’t wait to share with you in the upcoming months. The love and support you’ve shown us has carried us farther than I could’ve ever dreamed, and for that, I am forever grateful.

Come see us this week so we can hug you, feed you, and thank you one more time in this space. Then, stay tuned—because this next chapter will be something truly special.
