šŸ”„ VENDOR ANNOUNCEMENT #6 šŸ”„

OK FLOCK… THIS IS NOT A DRILL.

For the first time EVER - real, smoky, melt-in-your-mouth BBQ is coming to Chickenstock.

Triple Nickell BBQ is rolling in hot - and we mean real hot… smokin’.

We’re talking juicy, dripping, fall-apart, sauce-on-your-face kind of BBQ…
the kind you smell from across camp and immediately change your plans for.

šŸ– BBQ sandwiches stacked and loaded
šŸ„” BBQ potatoes that don’t mess around
šŸ§€ Mac & cheese bowls that hit different

And whatever’s on that grill… you’re gonna want it.

šŸ”„ Low and slow
šŸ”„ Hot and fast to your plate
šŸ”„ Gone before you know it

šŸ‘‰ Follow the smoke
šŸ‘‰ Join the line
šŸ‘‰ No regrets, extra napkins

This one’s gonna get messy… in the best way.

More vendors dropping soon… feeding frenzy is ON. šŸ”šŸ”„

Well, nothing says ā€œmoving weekā€ like last-minute whole brisket orders and absolutely zero of the plans going as planned. šŸ˜… The cook got pushed to today… which also happened to be the day Aaron had to run off to Colorado to ship his truck to Alaska.

So guess who got to finish our very last cook here in what can only be described as a biblical-level downpour? šŸŒ§ļøšŸ”„

If you smelled brisket on the wind today, that was probably just me trying not to get washed away while babysitting a smoker. New Mexico really said, ā€œOne last challenge before you go.ā€

In all honestly it’s not that bad and man am I going to miss it here!

Stay safe Alamogordo!

šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø What an Honor!

We had the privilege of catering the U.S. Marine Corps Ball, celebrating 250 years of service and sacrifice. What an incredible milestone and an unforgettable event!

This marks our last private event before we head to the Great White North, ending our time here on a note of gratitude for those who have served.

It was truly our pleasure and honor to serve you all.
Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of such a proud tradition.

Hey y’all, Its our big announcement for Saturday!

This Saturday, the 25th, will be our last night out on the truck. We’ll be set up at 575 Brewing Company, ready to serve at 5pm — and you better believe we’re going out with a bang!

We’re packing the smokers full and loading the truck with as much of our tasty BBQ as it can hold. We want to offer as much of our menu items as we can.

We truly hope you’ll come out, grab some dinner, and say ā€œsee you later.ā€ It’s been an absolute honor to serve this amazing community — your support has meant the world to us.

Let’s make Saturday a night to remember. ā¤ļø
See y’all there!

What a day!
From the Corks and Shells Festival to the Burning of the Bull, today was filled with incredible energy, amazing people, and two unforgettable events. We saw so many familiar faces—it meant the world to us. Whether you stopped by to support us, say hello, or wish us luck on our upcoming move, thank you. Truly.

We know we’ve been saying it a lot lately, but it’s because we mean it: we’re going to miss you all, and we’re going to miss this place. Alamogordo has been so good to us, and we’re grateful for every moment.

Time is flying by, and somehow we’re already down to one last weekend out on the truck. Next weekend, October 25th, will be our final time serving here before the move. We’ll post more details soon, but if you don’t already have plans, we’d love for you to make some—with us. Come by, say goodbye, and let’s make it a night to remember. ā¤ļø

We’ve had the privilege of catering PNM’s Safety Day every year since moving to Alamogordo, and this year marked our final time with this event before the big move. It’s been an incredible tradition, and this last one was extra meaningful.

Not only did we serve up breakfast and lunch, but Aaron also gave a live demo—showing how to trim and prep brisket, and how to separate rib tips from St. Louis ribs then how we season and prep them on the truck. Always cool to share a bit of the craft behind the cook!

The event was held at the brand new For Otero Event Centet, what an awesome space.

We’re beyond grateful for the friendships we’ve made and for the chance to share our love of BBQ with such a supportive community. Thank you, Alamogordo!
