Good morning and happy Wednesday, everyone! The sun is finally shining and we are here for it ☀️ We can't wait to feature these delicious specials for this week. For the specials ending on Friday, May 29th, they are the following:

🍫🍒 Chocolate Cherry Stuffed Croissant French Toast: Our signature croissant French toast is getting stuffed with a house made cherry compote and topped with a house made chocolate creme anglaise. Served with two eggs any style OR your choice of ham, bacon, or sausage.

🐔 The Cruz'in Chicken: A fried chicken patty, house made bacon jam, and pepper jack cheese with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise all on a pretzel bun to make up this delicious sandwich. Served with fries or a cup of soup.

🍌 Drink Special: Banana Bread Latte - hot or iced latte with banana, brown butter, toffee, macadamia nut, and vanilla. Topped with whipped cream and cinnamon.

Our signature Country Cafe Breakfast Sandwich is BACK: On two slices of thick sliced Texas toast French toast, bacon, egg, a country sausage patty, and American cheese are all stacked to make this delicious sweet and savory breakfast sandwich 😋.

🧀🥪 The Rosa-Cheese Grilled Cheese: Fried pickles, bacon, and pepper jack cheese all grilled to perfection on sourdough bread. Served with fries or a cup of soup.

🍫🍮 Dulce de Leche Brownie a la Mode: House made malted milk chocolate brownie with a layer of house made dulce de leche caramel in it. Served warm with vanilla ice cream.

🥪 Birria Grilled Cheese: On sourdough bread, house made shredded birria beef and Chihuahua cheese are grilled to perfection and served with a side of au jus for dipping. Comes with fries or a cup of soup.

☕ Mayan Dirty Chai: Hot or Iced dirty chai with white chocolate, chai tea, brown butter, and cinnamon. Topped with whipped cream and cinnamon.

This weekend, we are featuring the McKinley Dip and St. Nickerdoodle Creme Brulee!

🥪Roast beef, pastrami, Swiss cheese, and a horseradish aioli piled high on a hoagie roll, served with a side of au jus for dipping. Comes with fries or a cup of soup!

🍮 House made creme brulee custard steeped with St. Nickerdoodle coffee and finished with a torched sugar crust and whipped cream.

It's also an eggs benedict weekend and we have a few orders left of our bread pudding French toast!
