✨ MEET THE STAFF MONDAY ✨

Introducing Shannon 💚

Shannon has been part of the Wine & Cheese family for almost 5 years! She started on takeout and has since worked her way into daytime serving shifts. You’ll also catch her filling in as a hostess whenever we need an extra hand. She’s always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed.

If you’ve met Shannon, you already know.. she can definitely hold a conversation… and she’ll probably say it at lightning speed! 😂 She keeps us all laughing and always brings fun energy to every shift.

Her favorite menu item is our Spinach Pie with pepperoni, but don’t let that fool you… she’s also known for ordering some pretty interesting pizza combinations… like pickles and salami. 🤨😆 As for drinks? She’ll probably always choose an ice cold DC.

Shannon, thank you for always being someone we can laugh with, count on, and have fun working alongside. We appreciate your dedication, your hard work, and everything you do for our team. Here’s to more weird pizza topping combos! 🫶🍕

Meet Gina & Cheryl! 💛🥂

This dynamic duo has been friends for over 16 years. From their day jobs together to their night jobs together… yep, both jobs! 😂

Whether they’re mixing up your favorite drinks or making you laugh until your stomach hurts, one thing’s for sure.. the entertainment is always free! Stop in Thursday or Saturday if you want dinner and a show. 🍹🤣

They may argue like sisters from time to time, but don’t let that fool you they’re the first ones to have each other’s backs. Their friendship, loyalty, and work ethic are just a few of the reasons we’re so lucky to have them on our team. ❤️

Meet Tori 🖤📸

Tori has been with us since she was 16 years old! Now 26, she’s spent the last decade growing up right here at Wine & Cheese. She started as a hostess, moved on to takeout, and when she turned 18 she became one of our awesome waitresses. She can also whip up a delicious drink behind the bar!

If you’ve enjoyed our fun social media posts, you have Tori to thank. She’s the mastermind behind the camera and our unofficial “Social Media Manager.” 😂

Looking for a recommendation? Tori will never stop suggesting the Cavatelli alla Vodka.🍝 As for drinks, you’ll usually find her enjoying a Hot & Dirty Martini or a Margarita. 🍸🍹

Whether she’s serving tables, making drinks, snapping photos, or coming up with her next social media idea, Tori is always keeping things fun around here. Tori & her besties (the other waitresses) help make Wine & Cheese the place our customers know and love. 🧑🏻‍🐰‍🧑🏼❤️‍🔥
