Brick Street Restaurant is seeking a part-time kitchen staff person to join our team. This will be 4 to 5 hours a day during lunch, Monday through Friday. Duties will include assisting the cooking team, washing dishes, and food prep. No prior experience necessary! Apply in person Monday through Friday between 7am and 2pm.

Last night, I met Alton Brown, an absolute culinary icon in the televised food world, and my personal hero. I was selected to help him make trout ice cream in a specially built CO2-powered, 15-second ice cream maker. Yes, trout! 😂 He hugged me upon learning we had made a 9 hour overnight drive from Indiana to Lancaster, PA, solely to attend his show. I am so thankful for this incredible experience. No worries, though. While the trout ice cream was surprisingly good, Brick Street Restaurant will not be adding it to our menu! 😂
