A chilled potato leek soup finished with truffle oil and fresh chives.

🥔 Croquettes
Potato, bacon & Stilton stuffed, breaded and fried, served with oven-roasted tomatoes, red wine demi, and fried rosemary.

🥩 Steak Au Poivre
An 8oz filet crusted in fresh cracked black pepper, finished with a classic au poivre sauce and served with scalloped potatoes and French carrots.

As a reminder, Joseph Ambler Inn will be closed tomorrow, Saturday, July 4, so our team can celebrate Independence Day with their families.

While tonight's live music has been canceled due to the extreme weather, we're still here pouring cold drinks, serving incredible food, and ready to help you kick off your Fourth of July weekend.
