Well behaved, leashed dogs are welcomed! Rob opened Six Burner Bistro, also in downtown Plymouth, in 2006. Tish was a culinary school drop out, a lover of good, honest food, and quickly became a regular at Six Burner, and then part-ti
me baker for Rob and his then partner, Bob. Rob passed along ownership a number of years later, but remained executive chef until spring 2021. If you listen to Rob’s rendition of our story, he’ll tell you he asked Tish out a couple of times over the years, without success. As they say, however, third time’s a charm, and Tish agreed to a dinner date in the fall of 2016. Around the three year mark, talk began of joining our skills and passions, and creating a work partnership doing what we do best! Now, over five years later, we collectively have two sons, two daughters, a daughter-in-law, a very sweet little granddaughter, two dog-ters, one cat, two houses, a food trailer, a pop-up eatery, the most incredible staff who we consider extended family, a plethora of kitchen gadgetry, and innumerable house plants! When we aren’t working together, we enjoy spending time with our dogs, checking out other restaurants and food trucks, live music, traveling, gardening, and cooking at home! We hope to feed you soon, and let you experience what we’ve created together with unconditional love, unending support, and deep passion for our work!
