That’s what Nourish Wellness Cafe is all about. Our intention is to to contribute to the health and well-being of our community through the food that we create, the guidance that we offer, and the space that we provide. We are committed to supporting local farmers and businesses, and use local ingredients whenever possible. Supporting Calvin ❤️

Many of you know my younger brother Calvin from Nourish.
He used to work behind the counter making smoothies and juices, always smiling, always moving fast, and always trying to beat the rush. If you’ve been coming to Nourish for a while, there’s a good chance you’ve met him.
Over the past three years, Calvin has been dealing with severe health challenges that have completely changed his life. What started as a search for answers eventually led us through countless doctors, specialists, treatments, hospital visits, and years of uncertainty.
More recently, we learned that in addition to Lyme disease, Calvin is dealing with severe cranial cervical instability (CCI), a condition that has caused significant pain and limitations and has required specialized treatment.
Just last week, Calvin traveled to Colorado to undergo a procedure called PICL in hopes of avoiding a major surgery and giving him a chance at getting his life back. While we’re hopeful, this is only the beginning of a long recovery process and there are still significant medical expenses ahead.
As a family, we’ve done everything we can to help him through this journey, but we’ve reached a point where we need to ask for help. I’ve hesitated for a while to post about this on the Nourish page, we try to keep things positive and focused on wellness and beautiful food photos but there’s nothing that matters to me more than getting Calvin better and things have reached a pretty scary point and my mom needs help affording this care so here I am asking for your help!
If you’re able to contribute to Calvin’s fundraiser, we would be incredibly grateful. And if donating isn’t possible, simply sharing his story can make a huge difference.

More than anything, we just want to see Calvin back on his feet again playing basketball, spending time with friends, and hopefully making smoothies at Nourish by my side someday again.

Hi everyone,

Today I'm reaching out with something much more personal than our usual Nourish updates.

These are my four younger brothers. The one on the far right is Calvin. Some of you may known him from working at Nourish.

Three years ago, Calvin's health suddenly changed.

Since then, he has been living with severe symptoms that have completely disrupted his life. What started as a search for answers led to years of doctor visits, specialists, hospital trips, treatments, and countless hours trying to understand what was happening to him.

After years of searching, we recently learned that in addition to Lyme disease, Calvin is dealing with severe cranial cervical instability (CCI), a condition affecting the stability of his neck and nervous system.

Just last week, Calvin traveled to Colorado to undergo a specialized procedure called PICL in hopes of avoiding a major surgery and giving him a chance at getting his life back. While we're hopeful, his recovery journey is far from over.

The emotional toll has been enormous, but so has the financial burden. For years, my mom has worked long overtime hours while helping care for Calvin and managing the endless stream of medical expenses that come with a situation like this. As a family, we've done everything we can to help him get the care he needs. We're now at a point where we need to ask for help.

If you are in a position to contribute, any amount truly helps. If donating isn't possible, sharing Calvin's fundraiser with others would mean just as much.

More than anything, we just want to give Calvin the best chance to heal and get his life back.

One day, I hope to see him back on the basketball court, spending time with friends, and making smoothies at Nourish by my side again.

📣 Heads up Friends! 📞 🗣️

We are CLOSED tomorrow in Northampton for a fun Barista training for all of our new employees for both locations. ☕️ This training is important to get everyone on the same page and dialed in so we can make you consistent and delicious beverages so thank you for understanding! 🫶🏻🩷

‼️Easthampton will still be open regular hours! 7am-6pm✨

If you haven’t already been to our Easthampton location, please go check it out!! There’s a huge parking lot and we are super easy to find, just go straight after going through the Main Marketplace entrance! We will have lentil stew tomorrow! 🍲

Customer Appreciation 🫶🏻

There’s one thing I’m always incredibly grateful for, and that’s the love and support you all show us every single day. Whether you stop by our pickup window to tell us about a great experience, grab one of our t-shirts to wear around town, or make Nourish part of your weekly routine, your support means more to us than words can say.
Kyle and I are constantly reminded how lucky we are to have such an amazing community behind us. People like Tom & Toby, and so many of you, make a real difference in our lives. Nourish simply wouldn’t be here without our loyal customers who continue to choose us time and time again. Today, we just want to say thank you. We love and appreciate every one of you.
Our number one priority at Nourish has always been to provide nutrient-dense, delicious meals that support your health and wellness. As many of you know, running a small business isn’t always easy. Costs continue to rise, equipment breaks down, staffing can be challenging, and some days feel a little heavier than others.
But without fail, on those tougher days, one of you will stop by with a kind word, a thoughtful compliment, or a message of encouragement that completely changes the tone of our day. Those moments remind us exactly why we do what we do.
Thank you for supporting our dream, for believing in what we’re building, and for allowing us to be a small part of your lives. We are so grateful for this community and for every person who walks through our doors.

It was this time last year that Kyle and I visited Matt & Liza’s Coffee Roastery ☕️🫘📚🌳

For many years now, they’ve been supplying us with organic, fair trade coffee, including our very own Nourish Blend, which so many of you love and take home to enjoy ☺️🩷

They don’t source their beans from just anywhere, they travel to coffee farms, seeing the growing and harvesting process firsthand so they can select some of the best coffee in the world. Last year, they even made it all the way to Costa Rica… so cool!!
It was really special getting to talk with them about the history of their adorable riverside roastery. Those of you who visited when the café side was open know the vibe. The incredible aroma, the sound of the river, and the care they’ve poured into the space.
We’re so grateful to have them right here in Florence, MA. Their commitment to quality, sustainability, and organic practices is truly inspiring. Thank you, Matt & Liza 🫶🏻
