Many years ago, my friend Lori Chartier gave me this chef statue. He’s been hanging out in my wine cellar ever since, but I finally decided it’s time for him to have a permanent home here at Highbrow.

The only problem… his hand is empty!

This weekend, we’re serving dishes that celebrate the season, fresh ingredients, and wood-fired comfort.

🦪 Mussels Bruxelles
Organic Canadian mussels simmered with beer, bacon, whole grain mustard, herbs fines, a touch of cream, and butter. Served with grilled bread for soaking up every last drop. 🤍🥖

🍕 Meatball Parmesan Pizza
San Marzano tomato sauce, sliced meatballs, roasted garlic, mozzarella, ricotta, basil oil, parmesan cream, and toasted breadcrumbs—wood-fired to perfection. 🔥🍅🧀

🦐 Seafood Pacheri
Fresh pacheri pasta with black tiger shrimp, sea scallops, mussels, redfish, calamari, Italian grape tomatoes, garlic, lemon, and fresh herbs. A little taste of the Mediterranean. 🌊🍋🌿
