Morning in the life of Chef Erin. Starts early with leaving home at 6:15, stopping at the store for a last minute item, getting all the fresh roasted meats ready for your sandwiches, sides for the case, specials signs and then we’re ready to go for the day!! Not pictured: all of the amazing crew slicing meats, tomatoes and making salads for the day. It’s a team effort for sure but here’s a look at what Chef Erin does in the morning.

We are nearly THREE years in! Wow! Walked in to see my friends at one day and mentioned I wanted to open a place and the rest is history! You can make it happen if you put your mind and everything else to it! No one said it would be easy but it sure is rewarding!

Our staff gets along sooooo well! We even hang out outside of work. Sometimes there are some tense moments when we’re busy but we always go back to friends!
