The Bucking Lobster—Dan catches the lobster, Mani cooks the lobster, the people eat the lobster Welcome to The Bucking Lobster!

"Dan catches the lobster, Mani cooks the lobster, the people eat the lobster." And with that concept, our little food truck was born. We're Mani Dreyfuss & Dan Falt, and we're happy you're here. Dan is a 2nd generation lobsterman out of Northeast Harbor, and has been fishing since he was 8. Mani is a cook/farmer/rancher/lobster-enthusiast, and spent the past decade working and traveling around the

world before landing on the island. A shared love of skiing, pool, and the great state of Wyoming (our name is a nod to the Wyoming Bucking Horse) brought us together, and the rest, as they say, is history.

2024 is our second season, and we're glad you're a part of it!

Y’all, today was HOT. And tomorrow is supposed to be even hotter 🥵 For the sake of humans and refrigerators alike, the food truck will be closed tomorrow, July 3rd. I know it’s a holiday and I’M SORRY! I feel bad but, safety first, as they say.

Go jump in the water, eat some ice cream and enjoy the long weekend, then come get your lobster roll fix Monday! See ya then 🦞🦞🦞
