Best part of catering a party when it’s 97 degrees outside and even hotter in the kitchen? Plunging my hands into ice cold water to clean the most beautiful Castelfranco Raddichio from the amazing farmers at . Every leaf like an impressionist painting. Did the clients appreciate it? I hope so! It gives me great pleasure when I can source beautiful, tasty products locally. Also on the menu were flavorful strawberries from Rhubarb Row, Morcella cheese from , and homemade seed crackers & botanical crackers by me! ♥️

Made some healthy box lunches for the Holistic Health Summit: chicken salad with grapes, celery, red onion & dairy free yogurt, mixed greens with asparagus, radish & fig balsamic and popped quinoa dark chocolate bark with walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia, pistachio & rose petal. They turned out so pretty and appealing to the eye. Bread from Brick Oven Bakery.

Pickup at Armory Square, or we can bring it to your car curbside service in front of the armory! Fresh pizzas, Greek salads AND a few Take & Bake Pizzas too. The holidays are just around the corner. Perfect time to have a few Za’s ready to go in your freezer. Just reheat at 350 for 8-10minutes and enjoy.

✨Charcuterie Box: whipped feta, crackers, cucumber, celery, salami & olives
🌟Summer Pasta: roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic scapes & basil pesto with mozzarella
✨S’mores Bars: graham cracker crust, cookie middle, chocolate and gooey mini marshmallow topping

First time making Gozleme! Yum! Will definitely make them again- infinite filling potentials! Anyone out there have any tips? I did a dough with AP + yogurt + h2o + salt. Lamb, mint onion garlic feta tomato spinach manchego filling. Yes- way over stuffed and still delicious and you only live once. Viva la Manchego aussi
