Good evening esteemed clients, friends, and family.

This is hard to say, and we’ve all been positive about it, but this is our final week open at Pollo Vagabundo.

Our final day is Sunday March 2nd we will be open from 10:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.

Although we are closing our doors (for now), this beautiful Blessing has brought a lifetime of memories and friendships and so many valuable lessons.

I personally want to say, to my wife, my father, my cousin and all my family who made Pollo Vagabundo such an amazing experience no matter what for the last 2 years, thank you and I love you -

Owning a restaurant was one of my dreams and it is a testimony to Gods Glory and Honor to have lived it.

This truly is not closing forever, this is closing until we can provide, YOU, our clients better 🧡

A nuestra estimada familia Pollo Vagabundo
Durante más de 20 años hemos podido brindarle la mejor y más auténtica cocina mexicana posible y estamos agradecidos por permitirnos ser la mejor comida de su día.

Con gran pesar (pero agradecido) anunciamos que el domingo 2 de marzo de 2025 será nuestro último día.

Esperamos reabrir en una nueva ubicación en el futuro, pero por el momento hemos decidido cerrar para darnos tiempo de encontrar una ubicación que nos permita continuar con esta hermosa tradición que hemos podido compartir con ustedes.

Queremos agradecerle por los recuerdos y las risas que compartió con nosotros y las amistades que hicimos durante este tiempo.

For over 20 years we have been able to provide you with the best and most authentic Mexican cuisine possible and are Grateful for allowing us to be the best meal of your day

It is with a heavy (but Grateful) heart we announce that Sunday March 2nd, 2025 will be our last day

We hope to re-open in a new location in the future but for the time being we have decided to close to give us time to find a location that will allow us to continue this beautiful tradition we have been able to share with you

We want to thank you for the memories and laughter you shared with us and the friendships we made during this time

We were given a 3 month extension at the Northlake plaza while we look for our new home
(God’s will & plan 🙏)

Grateful to be able to serve you at the Northlake plaza that had been Pollo Vagabundos home for 22 years while we relocate to provide an even more at home experience

With that being said ..
