With taproot restaurant in the rear view, we focus on ALL things Taproot! We will use this page to promote and share everything going on in the Taproot universe.

Currently is operating at 51 wall st in Norwalk. We are also planning to get our food truck back in action for some fun events and pop ups.

Above is how to find a seat in our Japanese izakaya. Two concepts in one great space.
