We would like to express our appreciation for your business and take a moment to outline our customer service standards before the busy season ensues. The long holiday weekend and week have brought in some big personalities. Our staff, mostly young adults, and for many their first job, are trained to provide excellent service and make adjustments when needed. If there's an issue with your order, they will offer a refund or a new product. We believe in treating our staff with respect, and we ask that you do the same. If you're dissatisfied, we'll provide a refund, but we will not tolerate any form of verbal abuse or disrespect. If that does not feel manageable you will be asked to leave and not return in the future. Let's work together to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
