This Friday evening, we have two Chef’s Specials. Our entrée special is a Chimichurri Steak: pan-seared top sirloin with chimichurri sauce, served with Gruyere mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Our dessert special is an Espresso Panna Cotta: a light, smooth, creamy Italian dessert made with espresso, gelatin and cream. Served with caramel sauce, cocoa crumbs, and a thin chocolate chip on top.

Our Chef’s Special at Cheever Tavern this evening is “Town of Norwell Boiled Water.” (All water used in food or drink preparation is boiled per Mass. DPH guidelines.) But that’s for us to deal with.
