Happy Spring Equinox everyone 🌱

The 2026 season of Farmer's Table season is right around the corner and we couldn't be more excited to welcome you back to Dandelion Forest Farm for another year farm-to-table feasting!

Come join us out on the farm, at our communal table, for a 6 course, hyper local, thoughtfully prepared dining experience. Revel in the good vibes, good company, stunning scenery and simple joy of sharing a meal with your fellow human.

This Mother’s Day Weekend, we invite you to gather with us in the spirit of the original apothecary—the garden, the kitchen, and the human hands that transform what the earth provides into nourishment and care. As the hosts and chefs of The Farmer’s Table, we have spent years working closely with the materials of the land & farm—herbs, flowers, and animal fats—learning how they can be transformed into preparations that sustain both body and spirit. These practices live at the heart of the mother archetype: tending, preserving, and creating something enduring from what is given.

In this workshop, we will share the foundations of herbal tea blending and traditional tallow body care, inviting you into the quiet and powerful process of making these botanical goods yourself. This is an afternoon rooted in seasonality, self-reliance, and the simple, timeless act of self care.

We look forward to spending the day honoring self care and herbal magic with you all- whether you're celebrating mother's day or not we'd love to have you!

We’re excited to introduce a new offering from the Farmer’s Table: the Farmer’s Table Product Box.

This monthly box includes 5–7 small-batch items created by your chefs at the Farmer’s Table, each one handcrafted and reflective of the season.

Throughout the months you can expect an ever-changing assortment of products such as wildcrafted vinegars, fermented foods, homemade misos, botanical apothecary goods, sweet and savory pantry items, infused oils, handcrafted salts, herbal tea blends, and much more.

We are constantly drawing inspiration from the landscape around us and the rhythms of the farm, and we’re excited to share these creations with you.

The Product Box is perfect for anyone who loves good food, enjoys supporting small farms and small businesses, and wants to bring unique, thoughtfully made ingredients into their kitchen. It also makes a wonderful gift.
