Fare Thee Well
It’s with a heavy heart to tell you all that today, Saturday, will be Keri and my last day serving Novato from Blazers Smokehouse & Beer Garden. It was an incredible year for us, serving all the familiar faces, yet again, and meeting new friends along the way. This was the best job I ever had! It was the most fun restaurant I have ever been apart of and our crew was all locals. We love Novato, have fun in our local bars and restaurants, shop the stores, tune our cars, and raise our kids here - Go Mustangs! Shameless shout out but we love our Hornets too! Onward, our decision wasn’t based on Slowvato, Bidenomics, The Sitty Politics, Kalifornistan or other cheeky mentions you hear in banter or on social media. In fact, it’s quite the opposite as our life is filled with roads of opportunity and exciting risks, that unfortunately we had to make choices months ago which led us down a new path that absorbed our bandwidth. The City, DNBA, Chamber of Commerce have all been our staunch advocates and made these opportunities more feasible for us. While these opportunities also led someone else to put their flare into Novato. As the to-be former custodians of the establishment, we fondly called Blazers, I’m excited for them and their new opportunity, and for all of you. I won’t steal their thunder and say who and what - but it’s gonna be fun, tasty and professionally ran. I’m excited for what’s to come and you should be too. Stay tuned.
We’re serving up two Bands today with Much Love, Community Hugs or we’ll see you all out on The Town or at Friday Night Lights!
