🚨 Pizza Pop Up 🚨
Tonight at Indian Valley Brewing
We will be serving Roman style Pizza al Taglio from 5 to 8. We will be serving three different types of delicious pizza . Come down for a a couple pints and a few slices and stay for Indian Valleys weekly trivia!

Pizza al Taglio is cooked in a long pan and served by the slice and cooked in a pan. The dough has undergone a long and cold fermentation that lends to superior flavor and texture .We are using a blend of organic wheat flours and whole grain yecora rojo in the dough and high hydration to achieve a full flavored and light textured crust.

Tonight’s menu

1. Pepperoni, early girl tomato sauce, mozzarella, ricotta , spicy honey and fennel powder

2. Pistachio pesto, mortadella, burratta, parmigino reggiano, extra virgin olive oil

3. Maitake, shiitake , oyster mushroom, caramelized onion, goat cheese, roasted cherry tomato

Local photographer share a myriad of his artwork Wednesday May 18thfrom 5pm to 7pm. All displayed pieces will be available for purchase so come prepared knowing what spaces in your home you’d like to fill.

Indian Valley Brewing will be pouring their finest selection of small batch ales and lagers. Be sure to grab a few pints!

Chef Danny Jordan from Creekside Bakery will be making a tasty menu of fun bites focused on seasonality and the bounty that Marin and Sonoma county has to offer. Food will be available for purchase from 5pm to 8 pm.

We are open Saturday and Sunday for Mothers Day Brunch! We have curated a delicious menu for you showcasing the best local ingredients that are available. We will be offering a few new menu items this weekend.
