A New Chapter for Hotaru 🇰🇷

We’re excited to share some special news with all of our wonderful customers who have supported and loved Hotaru over the years.

We recently took over our neighboring restaurant, Dae Jang Keum, Daejangkeum | Korean Restaurant and we are preparing to introduce Hansang — a balanced, traditional Korean meal inspired by the simple and comforting food Koreans enjoy at home.

We’ve kept the menu simple.
Nothing too fancy or complicated — just a thoughtful selection of Korean dishes focused on good flavor, balance, and a satisfying meal made with care.

This is a new challenge for us, and we know there is still a lot for us to learn and improve. But just as we have done with Hotaru, we will continue to learn, work hard, and get a little better every day.

Our goal is simple: to serve good food with care and build a restaurant that we can be proud of and that our community can enjoy for years to come.

We also want to sincerely thank all of our team members at Hotaru and Dae Jang Keum for always working hard and bringing positive energy every day.

Thank you for supporting us as we begin this new journey.
We look forward to welcoming you soon and serving you a good Korean meal made with care.
