As we become Vivian Ivy Chocolatiers, we’re especially grateful for the people who make this little chocolate boutique feel alive: our team behind the counter, our customers stopping in for gifts and treats, and everyone in Novi who has supported us through this next chapter.

Inside the shop, you’ll find a curated world of chocolate: colorful Ghyslain bonbons, elegant bars from makers like Compartés, Le Belge, and MYZO, gift boxes, tasting discoveries, and plenty of reasons to “just stop in for one thing” before leaving with a bag. As one does. Totally normal behavior.

A little mosaic of color, craft, and chocolate.

Meet Coral Mosaique from Ghyslain, now available at Vivian Ivy Chocolatiers. Each hand-painted milk chocolate piece is filled with Ghyslain’s signature house-made butter caramel, with every color revealing a different toasted gourmet nut inside.

Red for pecan. Blue for walnut. Brown for almond. Green for pistachio. Yellow for cashew. White for macadamia.

Basically, it’s a tasting guide disguised as a box of tiny edible mosaics. Very sneaky. Very effective.
