Kish-a-wa Creamery and Lulu's Coffeehouse will offer our famous Poor Man's Meal this weekend beginning Friday 7/10. Jones Beef Farm (locally raised) shaved steak sandwich smothered in Stoltzfus' Dairy Farmer's Cheese, fresh Onions and Peppers. Served with a choice of a regular order of white fries, stuffed tater kegs or sidewinders (while supplies last). Lulu's Coffeehouse is open 8am-8pm closed Mondays. Kish-a-wa Creamery is open 1-9pm weekends and 4-9pm Monday thru Friday. Ice Cream can be ordered thru Lulu's Coffeehouse during Creamery non-open hours.

Happy Independence Day! Kish-a-wa Creamery 1-9pm and Lulu's Coffeehouse 8am-8pm will be Open July 4 in the celebration of this fantastic milestone for our country. We Tip Our Cones in Salute to our Founding Fathers, their sacrifice and foresight to lay out the path and framework for our Independence. Try our Americana Sundae - a long time favorite with blueberry, strawberry and vanilla ice cream, topped with strawberry and blueberry sauce, bobas, whipped cream, red, white and blue sprinkles and a cherry. Lulu's Coffeehouse will offer $1.00 off all house steeped Tea drinks (from Saratoga Tea and Honey) to celebrate America's Independence and the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Did you know that prior to the famous Boston Tea Party of 1773 most American Colonists drank tea (black and green) instead of coffee? After the King of England placed an unheard-of tax (3 pence per pound) on imported tea to America, Colonists began consuming more coffee and it grew in popularity from that day forward.

Happy July 4th and Happy Birthday America. Kish-a-wa Creamery and Lulu's Coffeehouse attempted to recreate what was typical of a Revolutionary War Soldier's diet, with modern twists of course. Special beginning July 4 at 11am and available while supplies last thru this holiday weekend. A freshly hand carved 8oz Sirloin Steak grilled, accompanied by the Original Sidewinder Potatoes and Corn on the Cob, small, brewed coffee, tea or iced latte, choice of dessert (cherry, raspberry or apple pie slice, piece of lemon or chocolate cake). Did you know one of the advantages the Continental Army had was the ability to provide more fresh food to their soldiers than the British Army - Britan had to ship all their provisions, including food, across the Atlantic Ocean. We are thankful to our forefathers and offer this special for only $22 (includes tax) to celebrate this historic event.

To celebrate 250 years of America, beginning July 3rd Kish-a-wa Creamery will offer a Special Sundae developed just to Celebrate this historic and great occasion. The Durham - a large sundae with a slice of Leo's Cherry Pie, vanilla custard, hot fudge, whip cream, red, white and blue sprinkles, almonds - flags and cherries. Did you know that the boat George and his Continental Army used to cross the icy Delaware river on Christmas night, was called a Durham? This crossing in the Durham boat changed history. In celebration of this monumental July 4th, Kish-a-wa Creamery will once again offer Boozy Moo Ice Cream (for a limited time only). A Super Premium, Hand Crafted Ice Cream infused with real spirits (ABV is .5% or less). Dublin Double Chocolate, Strawberry Smash, Mom Jeans and Peanut Butter Bomb. Fresh Strawberry Rhubarb topping is back, strawberries and rhubarb, both grown locally. Vanilla Custard, Strawberry/Rhub topping, whip cream and a cherry. Simple, yet such a good taste of early summer. We also have house baked shortcake with fresh strawberries, vanilla custard and real whipped cream. Yum.
