They've been taken on planes to Florida, Chicago, Kentucky, California and even Italy. But that hasn't stopped the hundreds that were pickup up and driven home by customers to Florida, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Ohio, Alabama, Michigan, New Jersey, Staten Island, Long Island, Vermont, Canada, Georgia and more. She has over 50 flavors and some are special order like her 24K Gold. She make any flavor into 24K Gold if you want. With great pleasure she hand makes all of them herself. Putting a lot of love and passion enjoy each one. So stop in for a slice or order a whole with a burger or something else from the menu. Sfogliatelle 🥐

Sfogliatelle are classic Italian pastries with crispy, flaky layers and a rich ricotta filling.

You will need:

• 2 cups ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest
• 1 pack puff pastry, thawed
• Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta, sugar, and lemon zest.
3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4-inch circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each.
4. Fold over the pastry to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Sfogliatelle are a beloved Italian pastry, perfect with a cup of coffee or as a special treat.
