Today we celebrated the life of Bob “Chick” Fritz.

Chick was more than the owner of Robert “Chick” Fritz, Inc.—he was a true partner to everyone in the business. He continued working right up until his passing because that’s simply who he was.

He was a man of integrity, loyalty, and faith. If you’re over 50, there’s a good chance “Chick” bought you a beer at some point. In my case, it was usually a White Claw… until “Chick”was buying, then it was beer every time. Keystone in College but I was poor!

He wasn’t just another vendor. He genuinely cared about helping your business grow and about the people behind it. Those relationships meant everything to him.

His signature phrase, “Keep the Faith,” wasn’t just something printed on a cup or a sign—it was the way he lived his life.

Chick, you’ve passed the torch to your amazing children, and I know they will continue your legacy in a way that would make you incredibly proud. The values you instilled in them—hard work, integrity, and caring for others—will ensure your impact lives on for generations.

Thank you, Chick, for your friendship, your wisdom, and the example you set for all of us. You will be greatly missed, but your legacy will continue through the countless lives and businesses you touched.

Keep the Faith. 🍻
