One of our favorite traditions at MV
Salads is seeing familiar faces return each summer. Alexandra and Charlie
started this little photo series years ago as a couple. Then they returned expecting. Then they came with Baby Charlie, then another baby on the way... and this year, they introduced us to baby Luca! Watching this family grow has been the sweetest gift. We already cannot wait to see them next June.

Beef & Veg Tray Bake with MV The Dressing 🥩🌶️ Recipe included👇


Serves 2–3 | Prep 10 min | Cook ~20 min

All it takes: sliced steak, peppers, onions, and a generous pour of MV The Dressing. Toss, roast, and let the oven do the work. You’ll get caramelized edges, juicy beef, and vegetables packed with flavor - no complicated steps, just real results.

✨ Recipe:
• 1 lb beef steak (sirloin, flank, or rump), sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced
• 1 large onion, sliced
• 3–4 tbsp MV The Dressing
• Salt, to taste
• Fresh parsley + lemon wedges (optional)

Preheat oven to 400°F
Add everything to a baking tray
Drizzle generously with MV The Dressing and toss
Spread into a single layer
Roast ~20 min (toss halfway if you like)
Finish with parsley + a squeeze of lemon

That’s it. Weeknight dinner, handled.

A rainy day never tasted so fresh - spaghetti, basil pesto, tomatoes, and sunshine in every forkful. Summer is coming! MV The Dressing purchase link in bio. Recipe below👇




Serves:2 Prep:5 min Cook:10 min

Ingredients:
• 8 oz spaghetti
• ¼ cup basil pesto
• 3 tablespoons MV The Dressing
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
• Salt, for pasta water
• Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
1. Cook the pasta�Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.�Reserve about ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.

2. Make the sauce�In a large bowl, mix together the basil pesto and MV The Dressing until smooth.

3. Toss everything together�Add the hot spaghetti directly to the pesto mixture. Toss to coat, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
Fold in the cherry tomatoes and Parmesan.

4. Serve�Plate immediately and finish with extra grated Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
