Six years ago, we opened our doors in Oak Creek with a simple goal: make great food and be a place where people wanted to gather.

Our community has done so much more than support us—you’ve carried us through the highs, the lows, and everything in between. We wouldn’t be here without you.

So this Independence Weekend, we’re saying thank you the best way we know how.

Come celebrate six years of Franciosi Brothers, 250 years of American independence, and the community that’s made this place feel like home.

A quick update from Franciosi Brothers in Hayden:

For the foreseeable future, we’ll be returning to our original schedule and will be open Wednesday through Sunday 12-8pm

We’re excited to get back to the hours that built this place and focus on making those days the best they can be.

Join us Wednesday for Burger Night and try this week’s special: lightly fried snap peas in a rice flour crust, served with house-made Green Goddess ranch.

Tonight outside in Oak Creek 6–8 PM 🎸

Super pumped to have Shane Arsenault back with us tonight. The guy’s insanely talented — awesome vocals, killer on guitar, and he’s got that raw grunge/alternative vibe that’ll remind you of Nirvana, Marcy Playground, and a bunch of late 90s bands in the best way.

He plays a ton of grunge and rock, but honestly, even outside of the covers, he’s just a really solid musician. We’ve only had him out a handful of times so far, but we’re definitely hoping to get him in the mix more often.

Come hang out on the patio, grab some food and drinks, and enjoy some great live music tonight.

Blue claw crabs off the pier, chicken necks for bait, salty hands, sunburns, and a bucket slowly filling up all day long. Summers in Lavalette and the Chesapeake Bay taught us that some of the best meals come from slowing down and spending the day by the water. This one’s a little nod to that feeling — and the unofficial start of summer. 🦀☀️
