Owner Clyde Anhalt always had a dream of bringing back the quintessential “Chicago” feeling of ordering and enjoying a steamed bun and hot dog topped in the uniquely Chicago “dragged thru the garden” style from a retro style hot dog cart like he remembered from “back in the day”. He put his plan into action by purchasing a hot dog cart built in the 60’s and internally retrofitted it to conform to

the current regulation’s while maintaining the nostalgic look of the hot dog carts from the “good old days”. Smilin' Clyde's can cater any size party. Owner, Clyde Anhalt, prepares all food to ensure the highest quality. Smilin' Clyde's is a great alternative to traditional party foods.

We hope everyone made it through the storms over the past two days safely. Our thoughts are with all of those in the community who may be dealing with storm damage, power outages, or cleanup.

Out of concern for everyone’s safety, the Hills Farmers Market will be closed Friday, June 12. We know this is disappointing, but the well-being of our vendors, shoppers, and community always comes first.
