Surf's Up would like to extend our sincere condolences to the family and everyone that loved the extraordinary Chef Royce (Shonya Williams) of SOUL PRIME Restaurant Chef was a great asset to the culinary culture of Chicago. Her cuisine was impeccable while holding the highest standards of hospitality with her warm welcoming spirit. Chef was a great supporter of our Oak Park location as well as her mother and brother.
