Hi everyone! It's been a while, but with the holidays coming up, we wanted to offer a few items! These can be ordered for anytime from now through the end of the year! Great for family gatherings or holiday parties or just to keep on hand in the fridge!

Double smoked hams are $9/pound ($10/pound sliced off the bone). Most hams range from 9-11 pounds.

Aged Eggnog (traditional or peanut butter) $25/bottle

I'm smoking up some crazy Cajun ribs today! They spent some time marinating in crawfish boil and then get slow smoked and then sauced with Bacon Hatch BBQ. These are a family favorite recipe that is very unique and delicious. Hot and ready today between 3pm and 5pm. I'll have 4 racks available for pick up at $40 per rack.

Last call for whole glazed and smoked hams for next week! Can pick up anytime between Sunday and Wednesday next week. $6/pound (average size is 11 pounds). Can also be pre-sliced for you for an additional $5.

We have smoked cream cheese with homemade pepper jelly for $7 (makes a great appetizer with crackers).

We also have eggnog ready to go for those interested!

We will have Smoked Pulled Pork Slider Kits available for this Saturday or Sunday. Orders will close Friday at 10am.

The kit includes smoked pork mixed with BBQ sauce, onions, peppers, and cheese. Ready to heat and serve. Comes with 6 slider buns per kit!

You can add Smoked Cream Cheese with Homemade Pepper Jelly, too! Makes a great appetizer with your favorite crackers.

We also had a lot of interest in smoked ham this week, so if you'd be interested in ordering some by the 1/2 pound for Sunday 11/14 you can do that as well!

We know this weekend might be busy with Halloween events, so we are offering some simple options that can be served as appetizers or cooked up as easy meals! Food will be ready for pick-up on Friday 10/29.
