With the weather cooling down, we’re firing up the smoker and loading it with delicious brisket and pulled pork to warm everyone’s bellies this Saturday!

We’ll also have our homemade mac and cheese and, of course, everyone’s favorite Saturday special: Trash Can Fries!

A large serving of crispy crinkle-cut fries piled high with mac and cheese, your choice of pulled pork or brisket, BBQ sauce, onions, tomatoes, and jalapeños. It’s a whole lot of goodness in one basket!

If you haven’t been out to our little plaza recently we’ve really just become a one stop shop! You can get your oil changed, grab a bite to eat, and do a little shopping while you’re waiting on your car😁

A cute little store has opened opposite from us in the strip mall called The Sunflower Gals . They have individual vendor booths and have some really cute items. Our daughter loves their bath bombs because they have toys in the middle, they also have some really beautiful handmade jewelry and antiques. Check them out next time you’re in the plaza ❤️ the owners are really awesome people too.

It’s been a slow couple of weeks, so we’re cranking up the specials and hoping to see some more familiar faces this week! We’d love to see you come hungry and help us get things rolling again.

Today’s specials include:

Smoked bologna tacos or smoked bologna sandwiches for all our bologna lovers.

Smash burgers and smash burger tacos for those craving something a little different.

And for something sweet, we’re making grilled Fluffer Nutter sandwiches. Think buttery, toasted bread filled with gooey peanut butter and marshmallow sweetness.

Our homemade sides today are bacon ranch pasta salad and homemade coleslaw.

We appreciate every single person who chooses to support our little family-owned diner. Whether you stop in for lunch, grab something to go, or share our post, it all means more than you know. We know times are tough for small businesses, and we’ve definitely felt it these past couple of weeks. We have a few updates and some good food news to share!

Tuesday Special: 1/2 Pound Black Angus Burger

For the next month, we’ll be offering our 1/2 pound Black Angus burger as a Tuesday special! This special will be available every Tuesday until sold out, so come hungry and don’t wait too long to get yours.

Introducing the Off Road Mac-Rib!

You loved our test run, so we’re bringing it back! Our Off Road Mac-Rib is our grown-up take on that classic rib sandwich. Made with a ground pork patty, BBQ sauce, onions, and pickles, all on a bun. We tested it out and got some great feedback, so we’re making more to go around!

Important Update on Bulk Meat Orders

Unfortunately, moving forward, all bulk orders of brisket and pulled pork will need to be preordered, including on Saturdays.

As a small, family-owned business, we have to plan our smoking schedule carefully to make sure we have enough food prepared for everyone. Preordering bulk quantities helps us plan ahead while still making sure we have meat available for our regular customers.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our little diner. Every order, every visit, and every share helps keep our smoker going and our doors open!

Well, we may have created a problem… a delicious, BBQ-covered problem.

Introducing the Off Road McRib!

Think McDonald’s McRib, but a grown-up version. We’re talking a ground pork sandwich smothered in BBQ sauce, topped with onions and pickles, and served up Off Road style.

We did a test run today, and you guys gave it two thumbs up, so naturally, we’re making more tomorrow!

Come hungry, because this one might just become your new favorite. We’ll have more to go around tomorrow, but as always, when it’s gone, it’s gone!

We're mixing things up this week and bringing back a customer favorite: THE PORK SMASHER!

Think smash burger, but make it PULLED PORK! Two pulled pork smash patties topped with BBQ sauce, thin-sliced onions, pickles, and American cheese, all piled onto a toasted burger bun. It's messy, smoky, cheesy BBQ goodness, and it's making its return as this week's special!

And because so many of you took advantage of our preorders last week, we're doing it again!

Want to stock up on BBQ for the weekend? We're taking preorders for:

With the projected weather this weekend, we’re expecting a slower Saturday. We all know rain has a way of making people want to stay home, stay dry, and avoid cooking whenever possible.

So this week, we’re taking pre-orders for our smoked meats and homemade sides for pick up on Saturdays.

Place your order ahead of time and we’ll have it ready to go when you arrive. You can make a quick stop, grab your food, and get right back to your warm, dry house without missing out on some smoked goodness.

It’s basically the perfect excuse to have a lazy rainy day without having to cook.

Pre-orders are available for:

• Brisket by the pound
• Pulled pork
• Smoked chicken quarters
• Homemade mac and cheese
• Any of our large homemade sides

If you know you’ll want some, give us a heads-up so we can make sure we have enough ready for everyone.

The Hawaiian Hog sandwich is loaded with pulled pork, onions, and pickled jalapeños, then topped with our homemade pineapple coleslaw. Sweet, tangy, spicy, and absolutely packed with flavor.
